Lekko na uboczu, trochę na pograniczu prawa, undergroundowe sceny East London tętnią życiem i brzmią najlepszymi bitami, wtedy kiedy reszta miasta dawno już liczy baranki.

„Going into their sixth year of operation, east London-based party collective Lo*kee first started out as a series of semi-legal events, taking place regularly at various abandoned venues in the back streets of Poplar. Dedicated to Sunday partying under the motto “Because We Care”, they have slowly established a name in the English capital for their discreet approach to promotion, usually keeping the locations of their parties a secret, made available only to their members on the day of the events.

Recent years see Lo*kee begin to expand and branch out into other parts of the city and a few European regions. With regular appearances at Fabric, a residency at Berlin’s Salon zur Wilden Renate, parties at Amsterdam Dance Events, Barcelona’s Sonar, Space Ibiza and Zoo Project, they have also ventured into Russia and South America to host Lo*kee showcases at a handful of festivals.”
